How Invytrix Adhara Works With Your Data

A plain technical explanation written for business owners and CAs.

Effective date: 11 June 2026

Legal entity: ISKA Consulting Services Private Limited

1. What Happens When You Upload

Here is the exact technical sequence of what happens when you upload a bank statement, invoice or receipt to Invytrix Adhara.

1
Your file travels encrypted.

From the moment you click upload, your file is transmitted over TLS 1.3 — an encrypted connection. It cannot be read in transit.

2
It is stored encrypted.

On arrival, your file is stored using AES-256 encryption in our database in AWS Mumbai, India. The encryption key is tied to your account — accessible only through your authenticated session.

3
The reconciliation engine processes it.

Invytrix Adhara reads your document to match bank entries against invoices and identify ITC opportunities. This processing happens within our secure Indian infrastructure and produces results visible only in your workspace.

4
Results appear in your workspace.

Reconciliation matches, ITC recovery reports and filing readiness scores are displayed in your workspace. Accessible only to you and anyone you explicitly invite.

2. Who Has Access

Access to your workspace and data is controlled at the database level — not just by application logic.

You
Full access to your workspace, documents and reports through your authenticated session.
Your CA or team members
Access only to what you explicitly share with them. Sharing is always initiated by you.
Invytrix infrastructure
The reconciliation engine processes your documents to produce results. This is the core function of the service.
Third-party services
Document processing uses AI infrastructure. GST return data is accessed via Masters India GSP API when you authorise this connection. Both operate under data processing agreements.

3. Where It Lives

🇮🇳 All data is stored and processed on servers in India — AWS Mumbai region (ap-south-1).
